This one bedroom one bath lower-level condo is nestled directly across the street from the Bay this condo provides spectacular unobstructed view of the water.
Upon entering you will find yourself is a spacious foyer and immediately notice the tasteful décor. The bedroom is to your left with a comfy queen size bed, a TV for those lazy days in bed. Lots of closet space is a bonus.
Venture a little further down the hall and you will find a closet housing a full-size washer and dry which can come in handy for extended stays or a day at the beach. There is also a clothes steamer for your use.
Next is the large bathroom with a tub/shower and lots of space for girlfriends getting ready together or enjoying pampering yourself.
The kitchen is laid out very well with granite countertops, stainless appliances and all the things you need to make a light snack or a big meal. Both a drip and a pod coffee maker, microwave, small dishwasher, plates, silverware, pots and pans, handheld mixer, blender and so much more. The Owners often use the property themselves (who can blame them) so they have made sure it has all the comforts of home.
The living room is a compliment to the rest of the condo. Tastefully decorated but still comfortable and homy. The sofa does make out into a queen size bed should you have a friend or another couple join you. The TV is perfect for streaming your favorite shows. You may not want to watch TV as the living room has an amazing view of the water out through the sliding glass door..
Open the sliding glass doors and find yourself on a nice size deck with an unobstructed view of the Bay. The outdoor area has been transformed into the perfect spot to sit quietly in a tranquil space or you can entertain your guests. Ample room to sit and converse while watching the lovely fire pit table or grilling burgers on the electric grill. This is my favorite spot as you can sit back enjoying a glass of wine or tea and bless your eyes on some of the most amazing sunsets you will ever see. Birch Bay is known for our sunsets.

Grand Bay Condominiums is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurants, bike rentals, golf cart rentals, paddle board and kayak rentals, the C shop with lots of yummy candy and ice cream, it even has 7 Elements Wellness Spa located in the Grand Bay Complex for a Spa Day. There are brew pubs and bars with local music and eats. The State Park is about a mile away. Locals recommend going to Blaine (10 minute drive) for the freshest oysters at Drayton Harbor Oysters.
