KITCHEN and DINING Glossy countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances make meal preparation simple in the modern kitchen. Four can keep the chef company at the bar while dinner simmers. Enjoy festive meals at the eight-person dining table. BEDROOMS and BATHS This townhome sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and two living spaces. The Great Room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and the living room has a full-size sleeper sofa, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and a pair of twin daybeds. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV. Sleep soundly on a stately king bed in the master bedroom. The en-suite master bathroom is appointed with a bright double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a water closet. Another king bed awaits in the guest suite, while the third bedroom features a full-size bed and a twin daybed. The bathroom (which is also accessible via the hall) is appointed with a tub/shower combination. A double vanity and a sparking walk-in shower round out the guest bathroom. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas.
