Über diese apartment dieses Ferienunterkunft
Experience the vacation of your dreams in this 2bed/2bath stylish hillside ocean-view condo. This spacious unit accommodates up to four guests, featuring King beds in both bedrooms. Nestled in the Puerto Vallarta hillsides, this tropical retreat offers stunning views of the town, ocean, and jungle from every room. Located in Alta Vista, just steps above Zona Romántica, the condo provides easy walking access via well-maintained stairs (or a short Uber ride) to everything in Puerto Vallarta.
Welcome to paradise! This 2,000 sq. ft. condo is located in an intimate, secluded building in the neighborhood of Alta Vista, the first hill behind Zona Romántica. The location is perfect because it offers a perfect blend of central convenience and private tranquility. Close to Old Town yet removed from the bustling streets below, this condo is ideal for vacationers and remote workers alike, with high-speed fiber internet (50 Mbps down / 20 Mbps up). The nearest beach is just 0.5 miles away—a 10-minute walk or a quick 5-minute Uber ride.
The condo features sliding glass doors in the lounge and bedrooms, bringing in fresh air and a tropical ambiance. Open them to enjoy the breeze and the sweeping views from the wrap-around balcony, or close them for a private, serene escape.
This boutique condo building has only ten units. Your featured unit is easily and conveniently accessed just inside the main entrance, which is on the 3rd floor of this 5-story building. The building’s shared pool is a peaceful retreat, rarely crowded, and offers a quiet and relaxed atmosphere distinct from the larger, high-energy condo complexes.
We are always available to assist you during your stay!
Important Details:
1. Accessibility: The condo is located on a hillside with stairs and a steep driveway. While well-maintained, it may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns. However, taxis and Ubers can easily reach the property.
2. Extra Guests & Fees: A small nightly fee applies for each additional guest beyond two. If your guest count changes after booking, please update the reservation, and Airbnb will automatically adjust the price.
3. Cleaning Services: Basic cleaning supplies are provided. For long stays, professional cleaning can be arranged at the guest`s expense.
