The Space:

Passage Point sits at the edge of Center Village, and this condo is on its top floor. High ceilings and a wall of windows make the living room feel bigger than its footprint, with mountain views from the couch and from the balcony outside it.

Work and dine: The dining table seats six, which is rare in a one-bedroom at Copper, and faces the living area so nobody is cut off from the group. A dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor means a weekday on the mountain doesn’t have to be a day off.

Warm up: A gas fireplace anchors the living room. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook a real dinner after a cold day.

Sleep well: A king bed and a TV in the private bedroom. The queen sleeper sofa in the living room has its own space, so a family of four isn’t stacked on top of each other.

The balcony: An outdoor couch, mountain views, and morning sun. Coffee out here is the reason to set an alarm.

The hot tubs: Passage Point has three outdoor hot tubs set in a landscaped garden, kept at different temperatures. They’re the best on the mountain, and they’re the first thing past guests mention.

Also in the building: sauna, fitness room, ski storage, elevator, on-site laundry, and heated underground parking for one vehicle. The free village shuttle stops outside, and the ski school shuttle picks up across the street.

The Neighborhood:

Perched right at the edge of Center Village, Passage Point offers a quiet neighborhood feel with easy car access and seamless walkability. The American Eagle lift is a flat 2 to 3 minute walk on the village path, and the American Flyer, restaurants, shops, the ice rink, and year-round trail access are all a few minutes further.

Heated garage parking for one (1) vehicle is included. A parking pass will be sent for Guests to PRINT and bring for self-check-in to this private condo.

Overflow parking (more than 1 car): Copper Resorts offers free daytime and paid overnight parking in their Alpine Lot.

For a daily fee, Copper Athletic Club, just minutes away, provides a fitness center, swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna.
