Fishy Fishy Up is a 3 BR 1BA upstairs unit of a stacked duplex house.
The entire duplex house was recently completely gutted and rebuilt from the inside out.

Welcome to Fishy Fishy UP a 3 BR 1 BA upstairs unit in our stacked duplex Oak Island Beach home located across the street from Yaupon Oak Island Pier and the 801 Event Center with direct access to the beach. This is a designated handicap-accessible location with Mobi-Mat and a hardened ramp structure with public restrooms. At Yaupon Oak Island Pier, you can fish, rent rods, purchase bait, walk the pier, or dine and drink at Koko Cabana and Ruby's Coffee.
All bedrooms have new 12-inch Medium Firm Memory Foam Queen Mattresses and bed frames, TVs, ceiling light fans, and blackout curtains. Each rental unit includes free high-speed Wi-Fi, board games, W/D, HVAC, D/W, and fully equipped kitchens.
Fishy Fishy Up is a 3BR 1BA unit with a large "tree house" deck with picnic table and 6 Adirondack chairs. The upstairs unit sleeps up to 6 people.
Lots of Parking! There are 4-5 parking spots on the side driveway for the upstairs unit, and a separate gravel parking pad for 4-5 cars at the front of the house for the downstairs unit.
The downstairs unit and upstairs unit of this duplex house have separate parking areas, separate entrances, and separate large outside decks.
There is a common outside shower that has both hot and cold water, and small utility fish sink cleaning station adjacent to the garage. The upper unit has driveway parking to the side of the house and a “treehouse” deck in the front of the house. (The lower unit has a separate gravel parking pad in front of the house and deck in the rear of the house.)
Keyless door lock entries to each unit provide easy access to this NON-SMOKING and PET-FREE duplex home.
Fishy Fishy is conveniently located within a 2–5-minute walking distance to Oak Island Pier, Ruby's Coffee, Koko Cabana, and Lazy Turtle Bar and Grill.

Its scenic beauty has made it a popular filming location for numerous movies and TV shows. Southport offers deep military and pirate history, natural and architectural beauty, and a walkable area for shopping, dining, and the arts when you need a break from the beach or fishing.
Another fun day trip from Southport to Fort Fisher (Pleasure Island) using the vehicle-and-passenger ferry giving you direct road access to Kure Beach, Carolina Beach, and Ft. Fisher State Historic Site. Bald Head Island (passenger-only ferry) is also accessible from the Southport Ferry Terminal. Oak Island truly has the best of all worlds!
