The Space:

This Mesa retreat is all about making the most of your time together. With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and space for up to 15 guests, there’s plenty of room for the whole group to settle in, spread out, and enjoy a getaway filled with Arizona sunshine, friendly competition, and laid-back nights at home.



Spend your days cooling off in the private pool, soaking in the hot tub, or seeing who has the best short game on the putting green. Keep the competition going with cornhole, Giant Jenga, and Connect 4, then gather around the fire pit as the Arizona sky starts to change or enjoy dinner together out on the patio.



Inside, the game room gives everyone even more ways to play. Tee off on the golf simulator, challenge each other to shuffleboard, go head-to-head on Pac-Man or NBA Jam, or settle in with wall chess, kids' games, and a Smart TV. Whether your group is here for pool days, game nights, family time, or a little bit of everything, there’s always another way to enjoy your time together.



When you're ready to recharge, five bedrooms offer a comfortable mix of sleeping arrangements for families and groups, while three full bathrooms make it easy for everyone to get ready for another day in Mesa.

You have full access to the entire home. A locked supply closet is reserved for cleaning and property maintenance — everything else is yours to enjoy.

• Arizona Museum of Natural History – One of the better family-friendly attractions nearby, with dinosaur exhibits, Arizona history, geology, and interactive displays.

• Pioneer Park – Great for families with kids, featuring a large playground, seasonal splash pad, open green space, and a historic steam locomotive.

• IDEA Museum – An interactive children's museum focused on art, creativity, and hands-on STEAM activities. Especially good for guests traveling with younger kids.

• United Escapes of America - Mesa – A fun group activity with themed escape rooms plus other experiences like splatter paint and a rage room.

By Car: Renting a car is a convenient option to explore the area at your own pace. Having a car makes it easy to visit the many shopping centers, restaurants, and other points of interest in the area.

Rideshare Services: Services like Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area, providing a convenient alternative to driving. Simply book a ride through the app, and you'll be on your way to your destination in no time.

- Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, no cats please. We kindly ask that your dog is crate trained and that you pick up after your dog.

- Quiet Hours: We kindly ask that quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, as a courtesy to the neighbors around you. Thank you!

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- For the security of our guests and property, 1 exterior camera is installed — above the garage, facing the driveway. No interior cameras are present.

- Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway, with street parking also available. Please do not block neighboring driveways.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- The pool is not heated, however it is naturally warm enough to swim in generally between June to September.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
