The "NAPA ART HOUSE" is a unique 1920 Craftsman-style home filled with original, colorful art. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located in Old Town Napa, just blocks from world-class dining, over 50 tasting rooms, breweries, and shops. Enjoy nearby entertainment at The Blue Note, Uptown Theater, and CIA at Copia, or plan your stay around popular events like BottleRock, Fork to Film Festival, PGA Golf at Silverado, and the Napa Valley and Wine Country Marathons.



The Space:

Owned and operated by a local artist and her husband, the home is light, airy, comfortable, and filled with colors found in the original paintings hung throughout the house. All paintings in the Napa Art House are available to purchase. Our guests always receive a discount!



The property features a secluded backyard with gardens, a new large hot tub, gas barbecue, an expansive deck, and comfortable outdoor furniture. A separate cottage also has a new, comfortable queen-sized convertible sofa sleeper. It is business-ready: a quiet spot with Wi-Fi, a large desk, and a big-screen TV, the perfect place to catch up on some work or simply relax after a hard day of wine tasting.



There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a gas stove, ice maker, microwave, and espresso maker-everything you need for a wine tasting, simple meal, or a feast!



The Cottage

A separate cottage provides flexible extra space with a comfortable queen- size sleeper sofa, Wi-Fi, a large desk, and a big screen TV. Use it as a quiet home office, extra sleeping space, or a place to relax after a hard day of wine tasting. The NAPA ART HOUSE is perfect for entertaining, inside or out. It is a great place to stay while enjoying our beautiful Napa Valley.

Whether you are spending your days visiting wineries, exploring downtown Napa, enjoying local restaurants, or simply relaxing, The Napa Art House offers a comfortable and distinctive home base for your Napa Valley stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home and surrounding property. You will receive a keypad entry code for contactless access. On-site parking is available for 3 vehicles.



The Neighborhood:

The home is within walking distance of Old Town Napa, filled with restaurants, over 40 wine tasting venues, shopping, and nightlife. It is three blocks from a lovely park and has easy access to Highway 29 and upvalley attractions.



Getting Around:

Downtown Napa is easy to explore by car, rideshare, bike, or on foot. Many restaurants, shops, tasting rooms, and local attractions are within walking distance of the home. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and Vine Transit provides public transportation around Napa Valley.



Parking is generally available throughout Downtown Napa, with a combination of street parking and public parking lots. Availability may be more limited during weekends, holidays, and special events. A car is recommended if you plan to explore wineries and other areas outside Downtown Napa.



Other Things to Note:

The Napa Art House is the large downstairs unit. A small upstairs apartment is occupied by a long-term tenant with a private entrance. Occupants do not share or see the backyard, laundry, or parking while guests are enjoying the house.

We offer self check-in so you can arrive on your schedule. We respect your privacy, but are available if needed. We are available 24/7 through the booking platform app, and we aim to respond promptly to any concerns or questions during your stay.
