Everyone gets a great room.
Ironwood is a new private golf lodge built around how golf groups actually like to travel. Four private king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bath and all equally appointed. There's no primary suite and nobody draws the short straw. When the group grows, a dedicated four-bed XL-twin bunk suite with its own bath makes room for more.
The house sits about two miles from Bandon Dunes Golf Resort, roughly five minutes to the first tee. That's close enough for an early tee time without a 4 a.m. alarm.
THE SPACE
Bedrooms: Four king en-suites with premium linens, down duvets, blackout shades and bedside charging. The bunk suite has four XL-twin beds, built-in shelving, reading lights and a private bath, so it works well for extra golfers, friends or family.
Bathrooms: 5.5 baths with walk-in rain showers and thick cotton towels, so nobody waits for a shower before an early tee time.
Great room: Vaulted wood ceilings, a stone fireplace and a deep sectional facing a 75" 4K TV, set up for the evening recap or the Sunday broadcast. A wall of glass opens the room to the patios.
Kitchen and dining: A chef's kitchen with a six-burner range (convection and air-fryer modes), an oversized marble island and full cookware. The coffee station has an espresso machine, a drip brewer and local Oregon roasts. A solid oak dining table works for catered dinners, a working session or a long breakfast before the round.
Outdoors: A heated north patio, plus an expansive south patio with an outdoor kitchen and grill, a fire pit, and lounge and dining seating.
Recovery: A large indoor cedar sauna and an outdoor cold shower to reset legs and shoulders between rounds.
Practical details: Fiber WiFi throughout for remote work days, zoned heating, two large washers and two large dryers with detergent provided, dedicated golf club storage with a shoe-cleaning station, a private paved driveway for four vehicles and a two-car garage.
