It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young professionals, families with kids and retirees. While it is a downtown, urban community, the neighborhood is certainly considered quiet and safe.

We may request an ID selfie upload for first- time stays or if you have no traveler review history, and either a damage hold (refundable) or damage waiver (non-refundable).
