Guest Access, Parking & Laundry

You’ll have exclusive private access to your 1-bedroom, 1-bath unit, including the living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and dining area. No other guests will share your living space.

🚗 Garage & Parking
The garage can be accessed through the door located by the dining room. Please do not park or store your vehicle inside the garage, as the garage is a shared space. Since the other tenant uses the garage for access, you may occasionally hear the garage door opening and closing.

Your designated parking space is the first off-street parking spot in the driveway. Please park only in your designated space.

For everyone’s safety and security, please make sure the garage door is closed and the door leading into the unit is securely locked whenever you leave or enter the garage.

On Site Laundry
The washer and dryer are located inside the shared garage and are shared with the tenant of the other unit.

Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience on the shelf above the washer and dryer.

Please be considerate of the other resident when doing laundry. Kindly avoid leaving laundry in the washer or dryer for long periods of time or overnight, as the other tenant may need to use the machines. We appreciate your help in keeping the shared space convenient and respectful for everyone.

House Rules

To ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests, we have established the following house rules:

PLEASE DO NOT DISTURB TENANTS IN FRONT and BACK UNITS

Safety First: Please unplug all unused appliances (like hair curlers and laptop chargers) when leaving the home. Remember to turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater as well.

Supervision: Children must be supervised by adults on the property at all times.

No Shoes: Please refrain from wearing shoes inside the property.

No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside or outside premises of the house. A $1,000 fee will be charged for any evidence of smoking, which will be used for cleaning and air treatment.

No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed. We reserve the right to cancel reservations without refund and impose a minimum fine of $1,000 for violations.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM (late check-in fees apply after 10 PM). Check-out is at 10 AM. A late checkout fee of $200 will be applied without an explicit prior agreement for a late checkout.

Guest Limit: The property accommodates up to 2 guests. Any additional guests will incur a fee of $10 per night per guest, with a maximum capacity of 4.

Delivery Restrictions: Please do not have mail or packages delivered to the property. Use a nearby pickup location instead.

Furniture Arrangement: Please do not move or rearrange furniture.

Electronics Policy: Do not unplug any electronics (such as TVs, cable boxes, or lamps).

Storage Requests: Pre-checking bag storage is only available upon request and for a fee, when possible.

Deposit Policy: We reserve the right to retain your security deposit if these rules are broken.

Neighborhood Respect: This is a friendly and quiet neighborhood. Please respect the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum. No loud music or outdoor gatherings after 9:30 PM. If we receive complaints, you may be asked to leave without a refund.

Pet Policy: Due to severe allergies, pets or animals are not permitted on the property.

Please help us keep the drains clog-free by removing hair every time after using the shower. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper in the toilet. $500 fee will be charged every time a plumber has to be called for a clogged toilet/pipes.
