The Birch Estate is a spacious 9-bedroom home designed for large families, company retreats, work crews, and group stays. We also welcome long-term stays for traveling professionals and workers looking for a comfortable place to call home while in the area.

With plenty of room to spread out, guests can enjoy multiple gathering spaces while still having private spaces to relax and unwind.

The home features a private theater room with a large movie screen and a game room with ping pong, board games, and a comfortable seating area for hanging out together. One of the home's most unique features is its beautiful spiral staircase, which adds plenty of character to the space.

You'll also find comfortable living and dining areas for gathering, along with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals throughout your stay.

Outside, there is ample parking for multiple vehicles, as well as plenty of space for trailers.

Located in the heart of Kimberly, Idaho, The Birch Estate makes a convenient home base with easy access to Twin Falls, dining, shopping, waterfalls, and some of Southern Idaho's best attractions. We're also happy to share our favorite local restaurants, activities, and must-see spots!

PLEASE NOTE: The home does not have central A/C. A/C units are located on the main level near the kitchen and in two of the upstairs bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with tower fans for additional airflow and comfort. There is central heating though!
