Ski home, soak in the hot tub, and stroll to Main Street. The Adventure Loft is a cozy 2BR/2BA Breckenridge retreat for up to 6, just one block from Main Street, with ski-in access via Four O’Clock Run, a private heated garage, hot tub, fireplace, and free ski shuttle right outside your door.

Spend the day on the mountain, then come home to soak in the hot tub, unwind by the fire, relax in the rocking chairs on the wooded deck, or walk into town for dinner, drinks, shopping, and après-ski.

Our two-story condo is located in a private complex. During your stay, you'll enjoy a classic cabin feel with updated decor and appliances.

-The dining room features a six-chair table + two stools at the bar.
-The living room is equipped with a gas fireplace, XL flat-screen TV, board games, cards, puzzles, and books.
-Our kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals in-house: Crock Pot, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, knives, blender, mixer, mixing bowls, cutting boards, measuring cups, storage containers, etc.
-In the morning, enjoy a steaming cup of coffee or tea from our *COFFEE BAR* in the rocking chairs on our upstairs deck.
-The master bedroom is located on the first floor. Themed to feel "winter cozy," this room features a Queen-sized mattress with both firm and soft pillows, a closet, an ensuite bathroom with separate vanity and toilet/tub areas, and a walk-out door. (You'll also find a noise machine, extra fans, and hair dryer.)
-The second bedroom pays tribute to the great fourteeners & National Parks that Colorado has to offer! This room has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4 people). Again, you'll find a closet, noise machine, extra fans, firm & soft pillows, and a walk-out door. *Our Pack N Play is stored in this closet.
-The second bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, is located in the hallway on the first floor. (You'll also find a hair dryer in this bathroom.)
-One of our favorite features is the HEATED PRIVATE GARAGE that leads straight into the condo. (There is room for one car in the garage and a second parking spot immediately in front of the garage.) This space is perfect to keep you warm during ski season or stash your fishing/hiking gear in the summer! *Note: Our complex does not offer parking for campers, trailers, or oversized vehicles.
-Our community HOT TUB is located steps away from our unit in a secure area for our buildings' use only.
-Our unit is "ski-in" (via the Four O'Clock ski run) and "ski-out" (to the gondola).
-The Free Ride Breckenridge shuttle stops right outside our complex to take you to the slopes!
