Summary:

Three bedrooms, a private pool, and unobstructed Pacific views—all from your own cliffside terrace. The open-concept living and kitchen area flows directly onto a private deck overlooking the sea, rugged coastal rock, and open ocean to the horizon. Two additional shared pools in the complex. 24-hour security on site. Playa Manzanillo is a short walk. Up to 6 guests—king master suite, queen 2nd bedroom, 4 twin bunks in the 3rd.



The Space:

The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The third bedroom has four twin beds in bunk form.



The open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen open onto a private terrace with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. This villa was professionally designed by Adelante Interior.



The entire condo is available for your exclusive use, including the private pool. The complex also offers two additional common-area pools and a shared terrace for sunset viewing.



Our neighborhood, El Faro, is ideally located in Puerto Escondido. It is equally close to the quiet walking beach at Playa Bacocho and the world-class surf beach at Playa Zicatela, with shopping and restaurants in La Rinconada less than 1 km away.



It is a 10-minute walk to Playa Manzanillo, where you can enter the water easily and snorkel, and a 10-minute walk to El Adoquín, known for its shopping and night market. It’s less than a 10-minute taxi ride to downtown and the main grocery store, and about 15 minutes by taxi to the Mercado, known for its local Mexican flair and authentic food.



We are in the heart of Puerto Escondido.



It is about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat, it is easy to walk almost anywhere. Taxis are available one block away and typically arrive within a few minutes (or you can call our preferred driver).

Our neighborhood, El Faro, is ideally located in Puerto Escondido. It is equally close to the quiet walking beach at Playa Bacocho and the world-class surf beach at Playa Zicatela, with shopping and restaurants in La Rinconada less than 1 km away.

It is about 5 minutes by taxi from the airport or bus station. If you enjoy the heat, it is easy to walk almost anywhere. Taxis are available one block away, and you rarely have to wait more than a few minutes. A taxi ride within Puerto Escondido typically costs around 50 pesos.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. No smoking of any kind.

All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is necessary in order to access the property.



Your stay includes 50 kWh of electricity per day. Any usage above this allowance will be charged at $5 MXN per additional kWh. Consumption is monitored daily, and meter readings can be provided upon request or if the limit is exceeded. To help stay within the allowance, we recommend turning off the A/C when leaving the property.



Hurricane season notice



If your stay falls during hurricane season, please be aware that storms can cause power outages in the area. These are outside our control and can happen at short notice. We're not able to offer refunds or partial refunds for power outages or other storm-related disruptions during your stay.



If severe weather or another natural event prevents you from travelling, cancellations will follow the cancellation policy on your booking. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers weather and natural events, as any claim for costs in that situation would need to go through your insurer.
