The home includes three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and an office space for those needing to work from home. A separate den and open great room provide plenty of space to relax, work, or spend time together. Central air conditioning with two-zone climate control keeps both floors comfortable.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with upgraded stainless-steel appliances, filtered drinking water, and generous space for preparing meals. Contemporary furnishings from CB2, West Elm, and Restoration Hardware are featured throughout the home. The primary bathroom includes a jetted tub and separate rain shower.
Outside, guests can enjoy a covered patio, lounge seating, landscaped courtyard, citrus trees, and an eight-person dining table. Guest access to the garage is included.
A city park and children’s play area are directly across the street. A dog park, barbecue area, and large community lawn are also nearby. Walking, running, and biking paths connect the neighborhood with downtown Ventura and surrounding areas.
Surfers Point and the Ventura coastline are approximately 2 miles away. Downtown Ventura is just over a mile from the home, while Ojai is about 10 miles away and Santa Barbara is approximately 25 miles north. For those who enjoy exploring, Ventura Harbor is within reach and serves as a gateway to the Channel Islands National Park, where hiking, kayaking, and wildlife encounters await.
THINGS TO KNOW:
-The home has three bedrooms plus an office that may be used as a fourth bedroom.
-Guest access to the garage is included.
-A city park and children’s play area are located directly across the street.
-When booking for 30+ nights, your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending -Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
-If booking for 30-90 nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater.
-If booking for 91+ nights, there will be an additional required refundable security deposit due upon booking equal to the first month's rent, or $5k, whichever is lesser.
-When booking for 30+ nights, additional utility fees apply at the rate of $350/month and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
-When booking for 30+ nights, 1 mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented, equal to the cleaning fee upon booking.
