Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
This brand-new, ultra-modern, luxury home can only be described in 2 words - "bad a$$!" Less than 10 minutes from The Strip, it was designed to be a comfortable oasis for groups when they need downtime in a stylish environment. 3000 square feet, 10' to 14' high ceilings, a massive gourmet kitchen, a spacious great room, a patio door that slides 8' wide open to reveal the great outdoors, a 3 car garage -- all nestled on a private, half acre. An attached in-laws quarters with private entry is available separately, as well. Your neighbors won't bother you while you hang out or relax in style! Need a limo, btw? We can arrange one.

We loved the lights inside and out, cool pictures, and very cool environment! We felt like we were living the VIP lifestyle! Highly recommend!

Great location (15 min south of the strip) and plenty of beds (14 total - 11 beds + 3 amazing air mattresses). There is a small inflatable soaking pool (hot tub sized) in the back that is not mentioned in the listing. The garage space was not usable during our stay so if that is a requirement reach out to the host. Host was very accommodating. I would rent this property again. Gave 4 starts for listing accuracy because the listing is for the main house plus the Casita (which is an add on price).

Awesome location right next to sunset park. Comfy and spacious interior. Enjoyed our relaxing time in this quiet neighborhood.

I was super impressed with this property. It was lavish and eccentric. We were there for a wedding and the whole party stayed here. It was perfect for exactly what we needed. That couch though?! Wow, dangerous. You get sucked inside and get stuck there, so comfy. The kitchen was HUGE. Perfect for cooking large dinners. Master bedroom was beautiful with an epic shower. I think the only negative thing was some of the lower drawers in the kitchen were kinda janky and need some repairs. Honestly, it was a great house, I would definitely book it again. Highly reccomended
