The sleeping area features a comfortable king-size bed, elegantly styled to create a relaxing atmosphere. The bed comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a comfortable night's sleep.

The bathroom is equipped with all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Located in the vibrant Dubai Studio City neighbourhood, this area offers a relaxed residential atmosphere with convenient access to the rest of Dubai. Guests are close to Dubai Autodrome, Dubai Miracle Garden, Mall of the Emirates, and a variety of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and shops. With easy access to major roads, the neighbourhood is ideal for both short and extended stays.

You'll have no trouble getting around Dubai. Taxis are readily available in the area, and Uber and the local Careem App are also available throughout the city. The building also offers convenient access to major roads, making it easy to reach Dubai's key destinations by car.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: Self Check in

Late Check-in Surcharge: For check-ins after 21:00, an AED 150 surcharge applies and must be paid in advance. This is a mandatory requirement from building management that a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. Please share your arrival time with us in advance to avoid any delays.

ID Requirement: As per local regulations of DET and authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed to ensure a smooth check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
