A spacious 120 m² detached brick home on a large garden plot by the river, with beautiful open views over the water. Birch trees surround the property, and a garden swing overlooks the river. It`s a peaceful spot that still keeps Rovaniemi`s main attractions within easy reach.
The house sleeps up to eight guests. The master bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, two further bedrooms each have a sofa bed, and there is an additional sofa bed in the living room. That makes the home well suited to families and larger groups.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table with plenty of room for everyone. The bright living room looks out over the garden towards the river. There is a renovated separate WC with a washbasin, and a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washbasin.
The home has a traditional wood-heated Finnish sauna. Guests can book it separately for an additional fee, and we`ll heat it up ready for you. Please note that the fireplace is not available for guest use.
WiFi, TV, linens and towels are included, and parking is available in the yard. Self check-in makes arrival easy. Santa Claus Village and Rovaniemi Airport are 6 km away, and the city centre is 7.3 km.
