Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

* Please no moving of furniture. A $50 fee will be assessed for any furniture moved during a stay

* Excessive linen damage fee *25 charged if linens are dirtied to the point of needing to be disposed of

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.
