The master bedroom offers a king bed with a queen bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa in the living room adds extra sleeping space for the whole group. The balcony — accessible from both the living room and master bedroom — offers plenty of room to unwind while taking in resort views.

As our guest, you are afforded all the amenities of Sunset Vistas Beachfront Resort including two pools, two whirlpool spas, a tiki bar, on-site café, convenience store, fitness center, and business center — all set on a beautifully landscaped property directly on the sugary white sands of the Gulf.

There`s so much to see and do nearby: spend a day at the beach with a parasailing or boating excursion, explore the shops and restaurants at John`s Pass Village, or catch a game at Tampa Bay`s Rays stadium. Or just stay at the resort and relax poolside and grab a bite at the café. The Beach Trolley runs the length of Gulf Boulevard, offering easy, affordable access to all of Pinellas County`s beaches.

Treasure Island retains an `Old Florida` charm while being part of the fast-growing Tampa Bay region — offering the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for families and couples.

Guests will have access to the full condo as well as most of the resort amenities at Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites. This includes access to the beachfront heated pool, hot tub, and kids’ zero-entry pool, along with direct beach access to the white sands of Treasure Island.

Additional on-site amenities available to guests include a fitness center, Tiki bar, and café/restaurant, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a drink without leaving the property.

The resort also provides one (1) parking space per reservation. Please note that parking is limited and additional vehicles cannot be accommodated.

Guests will also have access to the resort’s public Wi-Fi network and basic cable TV channels are accessible. Note, streaming capabilities are not available currently on TVs.

Beach Gear: For your convenience, we provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon to make trips to the sand easy and enjoyable.

Parking: The resort allows one (1) vehicle per reservation only. Additional vehicles cannot be accommodated due to limited parking.

Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi is provided through the resort and is a shared/public network operated by the property.

Television: TVs include basic cable channels only. Streaming services are not available on the televisions.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 22 or older.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, you are close in proximity to others.
- This is a NO smoking property, including outdoor private and common areas. No illegal use of drugs or medicinal marijuana on property.
- Absolutely no pets or emotional support animals, no exceptions can be made!
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped on balconies/railings/bushes.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
