A comfortable Colorado Springs home with plenty of room to relax, work, and enjoy time together.

The Home
Step inside to a bright living room with a comfortable sectional, Smart TV, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. From here, the home flows into the dining area and fully equipped kitchen, stocked for both short visits and extended stays. The kitchen also provides direct access to the back deck and yard.
Downstairs is a second living room with a Smart TV and treadmill, giving your group another place to spread out. This level also has a queen bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, along with the home's washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. The dual vanity is located within the bedroom area, while the shower and toilet are privately enclosed in the bathroom.
Two additional upstairs bedrooms each have a queen bed, walk-in closet, and desk space. One also includes an exercise bike. A full hall bathroom with a shower/tub combination and heat lamp serves these bedrooms.

Outdoors
The spacious backyard is fully enclosed by a 6-foot cedar privacy fence, creating a private outdoor space with beautiful views of Pikes Peak.
Relax in the private hot tub, gather around the propane firepit, or fire up the propane grill for dinner outside. With comfortable outdoor seating and a dedicated dining area, there's plenty of space to enjoy Colorado's fresh air and mountain views.
The yard also features horseshoes and cornhole for a little friendly competition, plus a separate smaller fenced area that's especially convenient for families traveling with pets or young children.

Guest Access
Guests have private access to the main home, large backyard, deck, hot tub, outdoor seating and dining areas, propane grill, firepit, cornhole, horseshoes, garage, and the left side of the driveway.
*The locked backyard shed is not available for guest use.
**Please note that a separate basement unit is occupied by a long-term tenant. The tenant has a completely separate private entrance and living space. There are no shared interior living areas between guests and the tenant.

Items to Note
• A long-term tenant occupies a separate studio apartment at the property with their own private entrance and living space. There are no shared interior areas, so guests can enjoy complete privacy throughout the home and guest-designated outdoor spaces.
• Guests have exclusive use of the left side of the driveway and parking for one vehicle in the garage (left side). The basement tenant has exclusive use of the right side of the driveway, so please keep that side clear.
• The fireplace in the downstairs living room is not operable and is for decorative purposes only.
• There are two backyard sheds that remain locked and are not accessible to guests.
• This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fee of $75/per dog; up to two pets allowed
• All reservations exceeding 28 nights require a signed rental agreement and background check. These will be sent after your booking is confirmed and must be completed prior to your stay.
• Starter supplies provided: Coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, trash bags, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and soft towels.
• Please be aware, that there is NO mailbox access at this home. You will not be able to receive mail from USPS during your stay.
