Inside, Seaside Sanctuary features an inviting open studio layout with relaxed, coastal-inspired décor. The spacious California king bed offers a comfortable place to unwind, while a cozy sitting area and large Smart TV make it easy to relax after a day spent exploring the island. The studio also includes one full bathroom.

Your private balcony gives you your own outdoor space to slow down and enjoy the sights and sounds of Cedar Key. Sip your morning coffee as the sun rises over the water, relax in the afternoon sea breeze, or simply sit back and watch the boats, water, and activity of downtown from your private corner retreat.

The location is one of the highlights of Seaside Sanctuary. Step outside and you’re just moments from Cedar Key’s favorite restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, waterfront attractions, parks, and beaches. Guests receive detailed pre-arrival instructions and amenity information prior to their stay. The professional McCormick Management team is available throughout your visit to help make your Cedar Key getaway as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

• This property does not have an elevator.
• This unit is pet-friendly.
• McCormick Management handles all housekeeping, towels, maintenance, and management requests for this unit.
• Our team is available 7 days a week, and our office is located at 4051 D Street.
• The downstairs office does not manage this unit. For assistance during your stay, please contact McCormick Management directly.
-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Pets are authorized in this unit. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
