**THE HOME**
High Note is a three-story townhome with modern design, plenty of space for groups, and a corner balcony overlooking the neighborhood. It’s an ideal home base for families, friends, and groups who want easy access to downtown Nashville without staying in the middle of the crowds.

The home sleeps 8 across four bedrooms:
- 2 king bedrooms
- 1 queen bedroom
- 1 bunk room with twin beds and its own ensuite bathroom

The primary king bedroom is on the third floor, two flights up from the front entrance, offering extra privacy and quiet. The bunk room is conveniently located on the first floor, making it a great option for kids or anyone who prefers fewer stairs.

Upstairs, the corner balcony is one of the best spots in the house. Catch the evening light, relax with a drink after dinner, or wind down here after a night downtown.

**THE NEIGHBORHOOD**
You’re in the heart of East Nashville, one of the city’s most vibrant neighborhoods, known for its eclectic and artsy atmosphere, restaurants, coffee shops, live music, shopping, and laid-back local character. Momento Specialty Coffee is diagonally across the street, so your morning coffee is about a 90-second walk from the front door.

Five Points and many of East Nashville’s favorite restaurants and bars are just minutes away. And only a half a mile up the road is Highland Yards, where you’ll find restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and beauty and wellness services. Cleveland Park is also nearby, while Shelby Bottoms Greenway offers miles of trails along the Cumberland River for walking, running, or simply getting outside.

When you’re ready for downtown, Broadway is only about a 10-minute drive or rideshare away. Nissan Stadium, the Ryman Auditorium, Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame, Johnny Cash Museum, Fifth + Broadway, Nashville Farmers’ Market, and Germantown are also within easy reach.

- This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- This unit is situated on a shared lot with other units. If you are traveling with a larger group, additional units may be available for booking upon request.
- A pack ’n play travel crib is available at the home. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24 hours’ advance notice.

Parking Details:
- Shared private parking lot with first-come, first-served spaces, accessed via the alleyway behind the homes off Douglas Ave.
- Plenty of free street parking is also readily available on Lischey Ave.
- No EV charging.
- Maximum of 2 cars on-site.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
