Check-in Information

📝 Pre-registration: All guests must complete the registration form via the link we’ll send after confirming the reservation.

🪪 Identification documents: Upon check-in, each guest must present their physical ID. Digital IDs are also accepted; a photograph of the document is not sufficient. The information must match what was previously registered.

🚪 Authorized guests: Only guests included in the reservation and registered prior to arrival may enter. Visitors are not permitted during the stay. Subsequent changes to the guest list may incur additional charges.

👨‍👩‍👧 Minors: Must be accompanied by at least one parent. If they are traveling without their parents, a notarized authorization form must be presented.

🎟️ Access wristbands: These are provided during the check-in process. If a wristband is lost or damaged, a replacement costs $8.000 COP per unit.

🚗 The property does not have private parking.

🔇 Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted, especially at night. All guests must comply with the building’s rules and regulations and the guidelines for using common areas.
