🚴 Bicycle Rentals



We have 3 bicycles available for you to explore and enjoy the beautiful residential community.



Rate: $100 MXN per bicycle, per day.



Rental Policy: Bicycles must be rented for the entire duration of your stay, rather than for individual days.



For example: If you're staying for 5 days and would like to rent 2 bicycles, the total cost would be $1,000 MXN.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay and explore the Riviera Maya at your own pace.



Casa Duna 48 offers covered parking, and its location provides convenient access to the main highway connecting Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Akumal, and Tulum.



Xpu-Ha Beach is approximately a 5-minute walk away.



Our SPA Rentals team can also assist with airport transportation and car rental arrangements upon request.



Other Things to Note:

🏖️ Beach Club Access



Guests may visit the nearby Xalmar Beach Club, where they can enjoy beachfront dining, swimming pools, and lounge chairs.



A cover charge of $250 MXN per person generally applies.



On Mondays and Tuesdays, there is no cover charge, but a minimum food and beverage consumption of $500 MXN per person is required.



Children under 12 do not pay the cover charge.
