Pretty at Parkside is the newest PrettyBnBs home: four bedrooms, two baths and two living rooms, newly remodeled down to the studs, with central air throughout.
Our beds are dressed in luxurious high thread count sheets, with plush down and down alternative comforters.
Mornings start at a fully stocked coffee and tea bar, and the backyard opens onto a park that often feels like your own private oasis.
Central Bismarck is just 12 to 15 minutes away.
THE HOME
Pretty at Parkside sleeps 8 across two full levels.
It was fully remodeled: new windows, new doors, new kitchen counters and cupboards, a new fridge and stove, and new furniture throughout.
Playful decor meets real comfort, from the burnt orange sofa upstairs to the big pink sectional downstairs. With the park right out back, it feels like the country, yet Bismarck is only minutes away.
There are 65 inch TVs in the living room and the downstairs family room, plus a 55 inch TV in the primary bedroom, so movie night never means fighting over the remote.
The fridge has filtered water and an ice maker that makes both little ice and big ice, so you get your pick. Filters are checked regularly, so there is no need to buy ice or bottled water.
A glass beverage fridge keeps drinks chilled.
Central air keeps every room comfortable on warm days, and two electric fireplaces add warmth and glow on cool evenings.
Unwind in the oversized soaking tub downstairs, with a second tub upstairs.
Fresh linens, toiletries, a fully stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer are all waiting for you.

WORK AND CHARGE WITH EASE
A bar-height workstation with two stools and a monitor makes it easy to get work done.
The kitchen island has built-in outlets, and power strips and charging stations are placed throughout the home, so there is always a convenient place to plug in and charge your devices.
OUTSIDE
Step out back onto the deck with a grill and patio seating, overlooking a big yard and the park right behind the house.
The backyard opens right onto the park: wide open green space, big shade trees and a baseball diamond. It is perfect for a game of catch, a family picnic or an evening walk.
There is even an apple tree in the backyard.
The park also has a picnic shelter that can be reserved for family gatherings. Just ask us how.

ABOUT OUR CLEANING
We are very particular about where we stay, and we bring that same discernment to every PrettyBnBs home. Spotless, fresh and ready is our standard, and it is what our guests mention again and again.
Our cleaning fee is not the cheapest and not the most expensive. It is exactly what it costs to hire the best, and we pay a little more than we charge.
Luxury bedding and duvets are freshly washed after every stay. You will never find old bedding or used blankets here.
Our team cleans everything thoroughly, and then the home is treated with ActivePure.
If anything is not cleaned or presented to our standard, please message us right away and we will make it right promptly. We have checks and balances in place, and to date we have never had to take that call.
LOCATION
Stay in the quaint and peaceful little town of Lincoln, Bismarck's little brother, with everything Bismarck has to offer just minutes away.
Bismarck Airport is about 10 minutes away. Downtown Bismarck and the Event Center are about 15.
Tumbleweed Bar and Steak House and DJ's Pizza and Lounge are just a few minutes from the door.

The whole home is yours: both living rooms, all four bedrooms and both baths, the kitchen and coffee bar, the laundry room, the deck and the backyard.
CARING FOR THE HOME
Everything here is newly furnished, and we have stocked it with extras most homes do not offer. Please enjoy them during your stay.
Coffee bar, drinks and extras: Forgot something? We have added extras like hairspray and spray deodorant, so help yourself.
Please leave the extras for the next guest: We love surprising guests with upgrades and treats, and we can keep doing it when everyone takes only what they need. Items removed from the home will be charged at full price.
Extra throws: Please use them on the sofas and beds for snacking, lounging and movie nights.
Spills and stains: Accidents happen. Let us know right away, because a stain we can pre-treat a few times before washing usually comes out.
You are also welcome to treat it yourself with the pre-treater in the laundry area, a little laundry soap, or a dab of Dawn dish soap. If it comes out, there is no charge. Items that cannot be restored carry a charge of up to $250.
KNOW BEFORE YOU GO
This is a quiet, well-kept neighborhood that local police patrol regularly, which is part of what makes it such a peaceful place to stay. To help you avoid an unwelcome souvenir:
- The speed limit is 15 mph, lower than most expect, and it is carefully monitored.
- Up to 3 vehicles: 2 in the driveway and 1 on the street. Please be considerate of our neighbors and avoid parking in front of their homes when possible.
- Mind the fire hydrant in front of the home. Police ticket vehicles parked too close to it.
- Always park facing the direction of traffic. Cars parked against traffic get ticketed.
