Hali'i Kai at Waikoloa Beach Resort is a 29-acre oceanfront resort, with sweeping ocean views of the Ocean golf course and luxurious 2-3 bedroom townhomes in a park-like setting with plenty of grassy areas. This gated complex has different views; ocean, lava, mountains, golf courses, and gardens. The Ocean Club overlooking the Pacific Ocean where homeowner's and their guests could enjoy their amenities.

To ensure a seamless holiday experience, we have the following booking requirements for Christmas and New Year's stays:
- If booking over both Christmas and New Year's, a 10 night stay is required.
- If not staying for both holidays, check-in and check-out must fall between December 26–29.
