The living room offers comfortable sofa and accent-chair seating, a wall-mounted TV, and a writing desk beside the front windows. An arched doorway opens to a separate dining room, where a table with bench seating makes shared meals easy. A chess set on the sideboard and a stained-glass window add to the home's charm.



The bright kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, gas range and oven, microwave, cookware, and everyday dining essentials. Choose the breakfast counter for a quick bite or take your time over coffee, with both single-serve and drip coffee makers easy to use.

Stay among classic bungalows while keeping historic Irvington, Ellenberger Park, and downtown destinations within a short drive. Explore neighborhood dining and coffee culture, spend an afternoon along Mass Ave, or plan a day around Indianapolis's dozens of museums, sports venues, and parks.



Getting Around:

A car or rideshare is convenient for reaching downtown, attractions, and the airport. There is plenty of free parking on property in the driveway and on the street, if needed.

Max occupancy is four guests and primary guest must be at least 24 years old.



No pets allowed at this time.
