Villa Aurora welcomes you to Marčana, a peaceful Istrian village perfect for relaxation. This modern holiday home of 130 m² accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms upstairs, with a spacious terrace. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and an extra WC. Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom, satellite TV, washing machine, a workspace, and an automatic coffee machine with beans are provided. Heating is available via air conditioning and a pellet stove in the living room. Families with young children have access to 2 cots and a high chair.



On the fenced 3,000 m² property, enjoy panoramic views of the olive grove and surrounding hills. A private garden, covered terrace, open terrace, and balcony offer plenty of space to relax and sunbathe. The private barbecue is perfect for outdoor meals. The private 8x4 m pool is fully automated and uses salt water; a robotic cleaner is available if needed.



Three shared parking spaces are available. Sun loungers and beach towels are provided. Events are not allowed.



The villa is at the end of the street, ensuring a quiet stay. In Marčana, you’ll find two mini markets, a pharmacy, and several cafés; restaurants and pizzerias are nearby. The beach is 8 km away, Pula is 15 km, and the airport is 10 km. Nearby are trails for running and nature walks. If you wish to learn how to prepare local dishes such as pasta or gnocchi, the host gladly offers a culinary experience in the kitchen. The host is always available for advice or guest inquiries during your stay.
