Parking & access:

• Street parking available in front of the home as well in the paved area behind the home.
• Smart lock with private code provided before arrival

• There are exterior security cameras at the front and back entrances only. There are no cameras inside the home or in the private pool area.

The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, and a sundry shop and video arcade. The ideal location offers easy access to the Disney World® theme parks. Also, close by are many dining and shopping options.

There is free parking on the street in the front of the house, though there is no designated spot in the front.
There is a 3 vehicle limit for this home. This limit applies to the total number of vehicles on property, irrespective of whether the vehicle belongs to the guest or their visitors.
If parking in the back of the house, please be careful to not park on or block your neighbor’s driveway.
Please do not park on the grass.
Please avoid blocking sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, and fire hydrants.
No commercial vehicles, refrigeration trucks, recreational vehicles, RV’s, all-terrain vehicles, boats, watercraft, buses, or trailers are allowed in the community. Windsor at Westside does not have an overflow parking lot.
