100% SMOKE-FREE PROPERTY
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Additional cleaning and odor removal fees may apply if this rule is violated.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted. Please respect the property and our neighbours.

QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
The suite is located in a peaceful residential neighbourhood. Please keep noise levels low during quiet hours.

NO STOVE / COOKTOP
In accordance with City of Port Coquitlam short-term rental requirements, cooking facilities are not available. The stove is disconnected and strictly prohibited from use.

SHOES-FREE INDOORS
Please remove your outdoor shoes before entering the suite to help keep the space clean and comfortable.
