Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft
One of the biggest advantages during ski season is our private neighborhood shuttle. The shuttle picks you up right in front of the home and takes you directly to the base of the Breckenridge Ski Area lifts. After a day on the mountain, simply catch the shuttle back to the neighborhood and be dropped off at your home. No searching for parking or hauling your gear through town.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, with space for 2 additional sleeping options, if needed:
Primary bedroom: King bed
Second bedroom: Queen bed
Third bedroom: Two double/full bunk beds — sleeps 4
Den: Daybed with trundle — sleeps 2
After skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Breckenridge, relax in the private outdoor hot tub and enjoy the mountain atmosphere from your own deck.
There is also a 2-car garage plus two additional parking spaces, giving larger groups plenty of room for vehicles and gear.
Our home is located just north of the Breckenridge Ski Area, putting you close to a wide variety of outdoor activities in every season.
Winter: Breckenridge Ski Resort is 3 miles away (Keystone, Arapahoe Basin and Copper Mountain are all close by). Cross-country/Nordic skiing is located directly across the road at the Breckenridge Gold Run Nordic Center. You’ll also find sleigh rides, snowmobile rentals, ice skating, and other winter activities within easy reach. And during ski season, the neighborhood shuttle provides convenient transportation from right outside the home to the Breckenridge lifts.
Summer: The area becomes a mountain playground for golfers, hikers, anglers, cyclists, and mountain bikers. The Breckenridge Golf Club, a 27-hole golf course, is located across the road, and fishing is available just a few hundred yards away. The Colorado Trail is accessible from the home, with mountain biking trails for a variety of ability levels. Road cyclists can also head out directly from the home and enjoy some of the spectacular mountain roads and bicycle path (which goes to Frisco, Copper Mountain, and Vail).
For water activities, Lake Dillon is just a few miles away, offering opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, and sailing.
And when you're ready to explore town, historic Breckenridge offers the character of a former mining town alongside an abundance of restaurants, shops, ski and bicycle outfitters, and other attractions.
Whether you're visiting for a winter ski trip, a summer mountain adventure, or simply a relaxing getaway in the Colorado Rockies, this home provides a comfortable base for enjoying everything the Breckenridge area has to offer!
