Look forward to a truly special vacation on the Baltic Sea. The “Ankerplatz 78” vacation rental is located right on the South Beach and offers you a stunning view of the Baltic Sea and the beach. What makes it special: You can enjoy the view of the sea from every window in the apartment.

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and offers approximately 43 m² of space for up to four people. The covered south-facing balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the view of the Baltic Sea over a morning cup of coffee, soak up the sun, or wind down the day in a relaxed atmosphere. The sandy beach is right outside the door.

The apartment has three rooms: two cozy, nautically themed bedrooms, as well as a bright and cheerfully furnished living room with a dining area where you can let your gaze wander over the Baltic Sea.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The new open-concept kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and offers everything you need for a pleasant stay: ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi, a TV, and a radio are also included.

For added convenience, a shared washer and dryer are available. A free private parking space for one vehicle is also included with the apartment. An elevator takes you conveniently to the 8th floor.

Its location right on Südstrand makes the apartment the ideal starting point for relaxing days at the beach. Restaurants and shopping options are located in the immediate vicinity. You can also go for walks along the coast or bike rides right from here.

Großenbrode is an excellent starting point for exploring the Baltic Sea coast. You can reach Heiligenhafen by bike in about half an hour—and even faster by e-bike. The island of Fehmarn is also perfect for a lovely day trip and can be reached via the striking Fehmarnsund Bridge.

Whether it’s relaxing days at the beach, long bike rides, or simply enjoying the view of the Baltic Sea in the mornings and evenings—at “Ankerplatz 78,” you’ll enjoy a vacation with a sea view of exceptional quality.

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests at the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.
