All guests staying in the home must be registered.

1) Capacity of 8 guest, with nightly $25.00 per guest fee for additional guests beyond 8, which requires host approval prior to booking.

6) The waterfront dock does not have a lifeguard. For your safety, do not walk on Seawall or leave children unattended.

8) Dogs allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total). There is a $125 per stay per pet fee.
