The building is secure and requires a key-fob to access the elevators and enter the building.

Check-in is after 3:00 PM. While we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in, it’s not guaranteed and must be requested in advance. Please reach out around 12 noon on your arrival day to check availability.

Please note that we are a vacation rental, not a hotel. While we don’t provide daily cleaning services, the unit is professionally cleaned before each guest`s arrival. Fresh towels are not replenished daily, but you are welcome to use our in-unit washer and dryer. If you would like additional or fresh towels during your stay, we offer them for $30 per set.

Guests will enjoy full access to the unit, which includes a private lanai, in-unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, and assigned parking—a rare perk in Waikiki.

The building features a rooftop recreation deck with panoramic views of Diamond Head, the Ala Wai Canal, and Waikiki.
Up here, you’ll find:

Our building is centrally located and just a short stroll (about 5-10 minutes) to Waikiki Beach, the International Market Place, and a variety of dining spots, local shops, and convenience stores. It’s ideal for exploring the area on foot.

Transportation options nearby include:
* A stop for TheBus, Oahu’s public transit system
* Biki stations (Hawaii’s bike-share program)
* Pickup points for the Waikiki Trolley (fee-based)
* Easy access to Uber/Lyft rideshare services

⚠️ Please be advised that on the first Wednesday of every month, there will be a water service interruption for maintenance purposes. The interruption will occur from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, lasting approximately 3 hours.

Please DO NOT feed the birds or leave food on the balcony. An additional $100 cleaning surcharge for excessive bird droppings.

Please note that the parking space provided is a bit tight, with a height clearance of 73` and a width of 96`. While normal and mid-sized SUVs will fit, you may need to maneuver carefully. For larger groups, we recommend considering a minivan instead of a large SUV. If you’re unsure whether your vehicle will fit, please check with us beforehand. For your convenience, we’ve attached a photo of the parking stall for reference.

⚠️ Any ongoing renovations or construction throughout the building are out of our control. However, if you have any concerns, we are happy to reach out to the building management prior to booking to check whether any renovations or construction projects are scheduled during your stay.


Garbage Disposal Rule:

Please avoid putting large food particles or excessive waste down the disposal. If a clog occurs and large particles are found in the disposal, a $200 plumbing fee will be charged.

Welcome to our home! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone and keep our condo in top shape, please follow these simple rules:

1. Sand & Beach Care: Please rinse off all sand and saltwater before entering the building or unit. If you use beach gear, clean and dry it thoroughly before bringing it back inside.

2. Wet Clothing & Furniture: Do not place wet swimwear, clothes, or towels on the furniture, mattress, or wood surfaces to prevent damage or stains.

3. Pool Etiquette: Please towel off and ensure you are fully dry before leaving the 22nd-floor pool deck or stepping into the building elevators and hallways.

4. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited everywhere on the property, including inside the unit and on the standing lanai. The building has sensitive smoke detectors and strictly enforces this—violators face building fines and additional cleaning fees. Designated smoking areas are available downstairs near the ground level.

5. Furniture Policy: Please do not move or rearrange any furniture during your stay. If items are moved, they must be returned to their exact original positions prior to checkout to avoid a furniture repositioning surcharge.

6. Quiet Hours & Neighbors: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
