The space was clean, stocked, and exactly what I was hoping for when I booked! We had a great weekend and the rental agent and maintenance crew were responsive and available to help us solve a beeping carbon monoxide detector during our stay. It was such a convenient distance from the beach and shops, with much appreciated privacy and ample space. I did not receive the address or check-in details until about 2 days prior to my stay, as opposed to the outlined 1 week, however they were responsive when I reached out.

We loved our stay at this place. There were three spacious bedrooms for three couples and a bonus room. Should we have brought other children. The house is across the street from the lake in about 1.5 miles from a park so one night we drove down to watch the sunset.We also loved the backyard with seating for all of us, a grill and a fire pit. I would rent again.

We had a fantastic weekend!!! A special thanks to Stacy, who we talking to about a recent snow storm that just hit the area!!! She responded quickly and calmed all of our worries. We would definitely recommend Simple Life to anyone

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend. Lots of room for entertaining and an open concept so you could sit anywhere and still be “together”. Playing games around the fireplace was so much fun. Check in was easy and everything is as described. Lots of memories made and we’re already planning the next trip! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
