• Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, Smart TV, with direct access to a shared connecting bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: Disney Mickey-themed bedroom with 2 Twin beds, connecting to the shared bathroom. A guaranteed hit with the kids!
• Bedroom 4: Lego-themed bedroom with 2 Twin beds, located next to the hallway full bathroom.
• Living & Dining: A bright, open living room with a Smart TV and comfortable pull-out sofa bed (Full size). The dining area seats the whole family together, accompanied by a kitchen breakfast counter for casual morning meals.

★ HOUSE RULES & COMMUNITY POLICIES ★
• Pool/Spa Heating: Optional pool and spa heating is available for an additional fee of $35/day. Please request in advance.
• Parking: Free private driveway parking available for up to 2 vehicles. No street parking permitted overnight.
• Gated Community & Quiet Hours: Located in a peaceful residential community. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties, events, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited.
• Trash Valet: All trash must be securely tied in standard 13-gallon bags and placed in the designated outdoor bin for daily pickup.
• Screen Enclosure: Please keep exterior doors closed to keep Florida insects out and maintain air-conditioning efficiency.
