You're in the 1st arrondissement, one of the most central and elegant areas of Paris. The Palais-Royal gardens, the Comédie-Française and the Louvre are a few minutes' walk away, with the historic Richelieu site of the National Library just up the street. Rue Sainte-Anne's Japanese restaurants, the covered passages, the Tuileries and the Seine are all within easy walking distance.
Getting Around:
Palais Royal–Musée du Louvre (lines 1 & 7) and Pyramides (lines 7 & 14, direct to Orly airport) are both nearby, putting the rest of Paris within easy reach.

Booking requirements:
- No security deposit required
- The guest named on the booking will have to provide their ID through our Guestapp at least 48 hours prior to check-in. (Article R.611-42 of the French Code )
- The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. Guests under 18 may only stay if accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. If this rule is not respected, access to the apartment will be refused without refund

- Quiet hours: 9 p.m. - 8 a.m. No music
- No parties. To respect neighbors, parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
- Non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or building
- No events or professional shoots. The apartment is for residential use only
- Lost keys incur a fee of €150
