2 Queen beds and a twin bed. Room 9 is in the back building.
Beautiful Sunsets !.! Viewing decks, hot tub, BBQ grills, fire pit and free parking. Great location to Rock City, Point Park, Hang gliding, Cloudland State Park. Lookout has many miles of hiking, watertalls and restaurants. Self serve light breakfast of coffee, tea's, oatmeal, pop tarts, waffles and breakfast sandwiches included. We have 11 rooms total
Room #9 is in the back building and is a large room. You can park directly in front of your room. There are no steps. It is mobility friendly.
The back building consists of Rooms 9, 10 and 11. All three rooms are well behaved pet friendly and well behaved pets are accepted upon $25 per pet, per stay. Light breakfast is in the main building. You may also use the viewing deck of the front building.
You can use the breakfast area and decks of the main building also.
We are an 11 room boutique hotel. You can interact with other guests if you like. Each room and each guest has their own code to their own door.
