Welcome to La Parenthèse Cauchoise, where charm, modernity, and comfort come together for a memorable stay. This 98 m² holiday home, in a peaceful village surrounded by nature, features a spacious living area with a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, ceramic hob, Airfryer, Nespresso machine (and thermal coffee maker), crepe maker, waffle iron, and all you need to cook. The cozy lounge has a TV, Wi-Fi, and board games. Heating is provided by radiators and a pellet stove.



The house accommodates up to 6 guests with three bedrooms and storage. On the ground floor: WC with washbasin, large bathroom (shower) with changing table, laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby equipment (cot and high chair on request, toys, books).



Outside, enjoy a garden with terrace, garden furniture, stone barbecue, and lovely sea view. The GR trail runs right by. Five adult/children’s bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, and beach gear are available. On-site parking for 2 cars.



From May to October, cows graze in the field opposite, and a few chickens live at the back—you can even feed them if you wish!
