Guests have the whole flat to themselves, including the private balcony. Keys and a building fob are collected from KeyNest, and the fob opens the main entrance and the refuse store. A lift serves all floors.

The Neighborhood:

Argento Tower sits right beside King George's Park and Southside Wandsworth, so you have green space, shops, cinema, gyms and plenty of restaurants on your doorstep. Waitrose and Sainsbury's are a couple of minutes away. Wandsworth Town centre, the Ram Quarter by the old brewery and the River Thames are all an easy walk, and Wandsworth Common is a short hop away.



Getting Around:

TRAIN

Wandsworth Town station is around 15 minutes on foot, with direct trains to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.



TUBE

Southfields and East Putney stations on the District line are around 20 minutes walk.



BUS

Many bus routes stop on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street, a few minutes from the door, linking to Tooting, Putney, Clapham and beyond.



WALKING

King George's Park is right outside, Southside Wandsworth is a couple of minutes away and the Thames path is about 15 minutes walk.



CAR AND PARKING

There is no allocated parking. Southside Car Park 1 next to the building is a paid public car park, and the surrounding streets are in a controlled parking zone.

No parties or events.

Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am, as this is a residential building.

Please take rubbish and recycling to the refuse store in the basement.

The flat is on Level 2, reached by lift or stairs.
