The fully renovated bungalow accommodates up to six guests and provides a comfortable base for families, couples and groups travelling together.



The Space:

Welcome to your holiday home at Caribbean Beach Resort in Piscadera! The bungalow has recently been fully renovated and combines a relaxed bohemian atmosphere with modern comfort and a fresh, contemporary feel. With a brand-new kitchen, renovated bathrooms and new flooring throughout, it is the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring the island.



The bungalow is well positioned to catch Curaçao’s refreshing trade winds and accommodates up to six guests. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature double beds (one king-size and one queen-size) while the third bedroom has a bunk bed. This makes the property particularly suitable for families, including those travelling together across three generations, although couples and guests looking for a peaceful stay will feel equally at home here.



Both the living room and all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.



The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a six-burner gas stove, large oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and milk frother, kettle, toaster and sandwich maker. A washing machine is also available, making the bungalow particularly convenient for longer stays.



The living room offers a comfortable sofa and several cosy seating areas. For a relaxing evening at home, there is a new TV with Google TV and apps for the most popular streaming services.



There is also plenty of outdoor space to enjoy Curaçao’s wonderful climate. The bungalow has several terraces surrounding the property. Start your morning with a coffee outside, find a shady spot to relax during the day, or unwind in the evening after another beautiful day on the island.



During your stay, you are welcome to use the resort’s shared swimming pool. There is also private parking for two cars directly next to the bungalow.



The resort is fully gated and can only be accessed through a remote-controlled entrance gate.

Thanks to its central location in Piscadera, both Willemstad and the beautiful beaches on the western side of the island are within easy reach. We do recommend renting a car during your stay, giving you the freedom to explore Curaçao’s beaches, restaurants, nature and other special places at your own pace.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have the entire bungalow to yourself. The swimming pool and other communal facilities are shared with other guests and residents of the resort.



The bungalow is accessed via a small flight of several steps and may therefore be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.



The Neighborhood:

Caribbean Beach Resort is located in Piscadera, a centrally situated area of Curaçao. From here, you can easily reach both the beautiful beaches and peaceful nature of Bandabou, as well as lively Willemstad and the eastern side of the island. This makes Piscadera an ideal base for guests who want to combine beach, city life and exploring the island.



Nearby beaches include Parasasa Beach and Pirate Bay. The well-known restaurant De Visserij is also close by. Piscadera is home to a variety of hotels, restaurants and beach spots, so there is plenty to enjoy without having to drive far.



For shopping and entertainment, Sambil Curaçao is just a few minutes away by car. Here you will find a wide range of shops and restaurants, as well as a cinema, bowling alley and modern gym.



The historic centre of Willemstad is also nearby. In approximately ten minutes by car, you can reach Otrobanda or Punda, where you will find highlights such as the colourful Handelskade and the famous Queen Emma Bridge.



Getting Around:

You have a private parking space for two cars directly next to the bungalow. Renting a car is recommended if you would like to explore more of Curaçao, making it easy to visit the island’s various beaches, restaurants and attractions.

Check-in & check-out



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM. Would you prefer to arrive a little earlier or enjoy your stay a bit longer? Feel free to let us know. Subject to availability, we offer early check-in and late check-out for a small additional fee.



Security deposit



A refundable security deposit of US$250 is required before check-in. The deposit is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid either in advance or upon arrival. It will be refunded after check-out, provided there is no damage and the house rules have been followed. Any excess use of electricity or water, as explained below, will be deducted from the security deposit.



Mandatory mid-stay cleaning



For stays of 10 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required, including fresh bed linen and towels. This service is not included in the accommodation price and costs US$125.



Electricity & water

The following usage is included in your stay:

- Water usage is included; and

- 15 kWh of electricity per night



We take photos of the meter readings upon arrival and departure and share these with you.



Usage above the included allowance is charged at €0.45 / US$0.55 per kWh for electricity. Any additional charges will be deducted from the security deposit.



Other information



- The property is equipped with 110V electrical outlets. 220V outlets are available in the kitchen and outdoor areas.

- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.

- The bungalow is accessible only via a small flight of steps.

- The resort entrance is staffed by night security from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

- The swimming pool is shared with other guests and residents of the resort.

- A travel cot, high chairs and changing mat are available free of charge upon request.

- A child car seat and booster seat are available upon request for a small additional fee.
