The heart of the home is the open, two-story great room, where oversized windows bring the outdoors in. Curl up by the fireplace, settle in for a movie with Bose surround sound, or simply relax after a day spent exploring the Poconos. Mini-split systems provide added comfort, while HEPA air filters are located in the main living area, loft and second-floor bedroom.

The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances, an induction cooktop, dishwasher, reverse-osmosis filtered drinking water at the sink, and filtered water through the refrigerator. Coffee lovers have plenty of options, too. Families with young children can take advantage of available magnetic child-safety locks on the kitchen cabinets if desired.

The home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. Two private bedrooms each feature a queen bed with 100% cotton linens. Upstairs, the open loft offers a twin daybed with a twin trundle. The beds can be used separately or positioned together to create a larger sleeping arrangement. An additional twin pullout in the living room provides another sleeping option.

Outside, enjoy the peaceful wooded surroundings from the spacious deck with outdoor dining and seating. Guests who love to cook outdoors have both a Traeger pellet smoker and charcoal grill, making everything from burgers to slow-smoked barbecue an option during your stay.

Depending on the season and community operating schedules, guests can enjoy access to amenities including lakes and beaches, outdoor pools, skiing, snow tubing, golf, tennis, pickleball, basketball, playgrounds and more.

****OTHER THINGS TO NOTE****

This home is located in a secured, gated, private community. You will need to fill out a rental contract and agree to the community and house rules. This will need to be completed and signed, (to include the names, ages, addresses and relationships to you for all of your guests) for entrance into the community. This will need to be completed within 72 hours of your arrival or the community will assess a $100 late fee that you will be responsible for. Any violations will be subject to citations from the community and possible eviction from the property. It will be sent to you by our property manager upon booking. You may not exceed the max amount of people allowed and there are no more than 4 cars allowed in the driveway. No other guests can visit the lot while you are there. Items provided in the home to include games, appliances etc. are subject to change without notice.
Maximum occupancy is set by township law and community regulation in line with state fire code regulations. It includes infants and children and cannot be adjusted.

Service Animals & ESAs (Emotional Support Animals)

We gladly welcome service dogs as defined by the ADA. These are dogs individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities. Under federal and Pennsylvania law, they are permitted in all public spaces, including this listing.
Please note:
• You are not required to show certification, but the dog must be under control at all times.
• We may ask if the dog is required due to a disability and what task it has been trained to perform (as allowed by law).
Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are not covered by the ADA for public access. While ESAs are protected under the Fair Housing Act, they are not automatically allowed in short-term vacation rentals unless permitted by the host.
