Sleeping 8 comfortably, the primary suite offers a king bed and a private en suite with a large walk-in shower, while two additional bedrooms each feature a queen and a twin — ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. A second full bathroom serves those two rooms, with a convenient half bath just off the kitchen. With 5 TVs throughout the home — one in each bedroom, one in the main family room, and one in the foyer family room — there's no shortage of space to unwind.



Multiple Living Areas, Including One Just for the Kids



The heart of the home is a series of connected living spaces: a large family room that opens directly to the kitchen and dining area, complete with a second sofa and a built-in desk, plus a dedicated kids' area with its own sectional and an Atari gaming system for some nostalgic family fun. Fire up the 4-burner propane grill (with a side burner for sauces or a skillet) for an easy night in. The dock itself is ready for fishing, kayaking and watching our local wildlife including ospreys, bald eagles and the occasional manatee.
