Welcome to your Reno retreat near the Truckee River. This two-bedroom condo offers a comfortable place to unwind, with two bathrooms, a private balcony, a full kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy a residential setting with the Riverwalk District, Wingfield Park, restaurants, and downtown attractions close by. Please note we do not have a designated parking spot for our unit.

✔ Private balcony with outdoor seating and a BBQ grill with propane tank

✔ Rooftop seating area available at the top of the building

✔ Pack ’n Play available for families with young children

✔ Washer and dryer available in the building. The laundry room is a shared space, so please do not leave any belongings behind

✔ No dedicated parking space at the building. Free and metered street parking is available nearby on a first-come, first-served basis. You will be in downtown so you'll be close to everything by walking distance.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo and its private balcony. The washer and dryer are shared amenities located in the building.



There is no dedicated parking space with the condo. Free parking is available next door and south of the building on a first-come, first-served basis. Please follow posted parking signs.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is near the Truckee River and Wingfield Park, with easy access to the Riverwalk District’s restaurants, coffee shops, and riverside paths. You can enjoy a residential place to return to while staying close to downtown Reno’s shops, events, and attractions. There is a grocery store 3 minutes away from our unit.

✔ 35–45 minutes by car to Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe
