Welcome to the Garding L-shaped bungalow—your cozy retreat for a relaxing getaway by the North Sea. With a spacious 120 m² of single-level living space, there is plenty of room for a laid-back holiday with family or friends.

The holiday home features three bedrooms sleeping four people and two bathrooms—one of which is en-suite to the double bedroom. This ensures ample space and comfort, even when the house is fully occupied.

In the cozy living room, a comfortable seating area and a spacious dining space invite you to relax, play games, and spend quality time together. The open-plan kitchen connects directly to the living area and is fully equipped: an induction hob on a central island, oven, microwave, refrigerator, separate freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine are all at your disposal.

For your convenience, the house includes Wi-Fi (min. 100 Mbit/s), a TV, bed linen, and a starter supply of essentials. Modern underfloor heating powered by a heat pump ensures pleasant warmth, even on cooler days. This modern passive-energy house features natural ventilation and state-of-the-art smart technology.

Outside, a lovely garden awaits, complete with a terrace, garden furniture, and a lawn for lounging. Here, you can enjoy your morning coffee in peace, read a good book, or unwind at the end of the day with a glass of wine. The view of the greenery makes it easy to leave everyday life behind.

The village center, shops, and restaurants are just 1.5 km away. The sandy beach and the sea are about 6 km away. A public transport stop is located just 400 m from the property. However, we recommend arriving by car for your excursions. Two free private parking spaces are available right at the house.
