Ty Gwanwyn is a real home away from home. Cosy but spacious, stylish and relaxed, it offers comfortable and flexible accommodation for up to 6 guests. Harries St is a quiet, peaceful residential street only moments walk from South Beach in one direction, and the centre of Tenby and the historic town walls in the other. On the ground floor at the front of the property a large, cosy living room, big sofas to curl up in with soft blankets provided for guests, a smart TV and wood-only log burner. Next to this is a second smaller 'snug' living room. At the back of the property is a dining room with Welsh dresser, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Upstairs are two large double bedrooms each with king-size beds, two single bedrooms, a family bathroom with toilet, basin, walk-in shower and separate bath and shower. Next to this is a further WC. Outside, opposite the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine. This is also where the recycling is stored. There is a patio garden with direct access via a locked gate in the alleyway with parking for one vehicle on a hard-standing accessible down the side lane. A travel cot, high-chair and a selection of toys and games are provided for smaller guests, and dog bowls are provided for four-legged friends. There is a sunny garden at the rear, with secure parking for one small to medium vehicle. Further free (but limited) parking can be found nearby. What we and our guests love about our property apart from its comfort and coziness is how close it is to all the best bits of Tenby. Although it's tucked down a really quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, you are only 5-10 mins walk from the centre of town with all its independent boutiques, cafes and restaurants, Tenby's famous Harbour and pubs serving award-winning craft beer. Walking in the other direction you have breath-taking views of the coast from the top of the neighbouring street and you can be on South Beach in only minutes, with over a mile of wide golden sands, stunning views to Giltar point and Caldey Island, and which welcomes dogs all year round. There is also a Sainsbury's supermarket and a Londis mini-market within 5-10 minutes walk. Tenby is world-famous for a reason, and you really do get to enjoy the best of it with a stay at Ty Gwanwyn.
