But there’s another surprise hiding inside...

We transformed the oversized primary closet into a PRIVATE OLD WEST POKER ROOM, a hidden little saloon where adults can deal the cards and settle who’s the real outlaw in the family.

Inspired by Arizona’s mining history, the Mining Room features a QUEEN MEMORY FOAM BED surrounded by touches of the frontier mining camps and towns that helped shape the American West.

Comfortable, atmospheric and distinctly Outlaw Rest, the Western story continues throughout the house.

Northern Arizona grew alongside the railroad, and this bedroom pays tribute to the railroads, steamboats and transportation that helped shape the American West.

The room features a QUEEN MEMORY FOAM BED plus another surprise for families:

The walk-in closet has been transformed into a TODDLER PLAY HIDEAWAY, giving younger guests a little space of their own.

The Mining Room and Railroad & Steamboat Room share a full guest bathroom.

Pass through the Back to the Future door and the Western theme gives way to a dedicated THEATER & GAME ROOM built for movie nights, arcade battles and family competition.

The converted garage is a large, carpeted entertainment space with heating and A/C ventilation, a wall fan, colorful LED lighting and a HUGE THEATER-STYLE WALL PROJECTOR.

Two QUEEN PULL-OUT SLEEPER SOFAS provide additional sleeping space and turn the room into the ultimate kids’, teens’ and family hangout.

Challenge your crew to:

Outlaw Rest is located in Coconino County, where dark-sky-friendly outdoor lighting regulations help protect the nighttime environment Northern Arizona is famous for.

Away from the bright lights of the city, clear nights can reveal an incredible canopy of stars, and when conditions cooperate, the MILKY WAY can be breathtaking.

Watch the stars from the private hot tub, gather around the fire pit, relax on the deck or simply switch off the lights and give your eyes a few minutes to adjust.

For families, stargazing can become its own nighttime adventure. For couples, a late-night soak beneath the stars may become one of the most memorable parts of the trip.
