• The listing is for four separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex, and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• These four units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 550 feet apart.

California Coastal Commission does not allow any construction so close to the Pacific Ocean coastline anymore. This is one of the rare properties that was built before the regulations were enacted. This also means that this is an older property and there are limits placed on how much it can be renovated.
The property is well maintained but you are not going to find the most modern conveniences like an elevator, central HVAC.

- There’s no air conditioning, as the proximity to the cold Pacific Ocean keeps the temperatures usually well below 70 degrees. The natural coastal breeze provides the perfect alternative, allowing you to fully embrace the beauty of your surroundings. Even during summer, we recommend you to bring layers, as it can get cold.

- Heads up: Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required. Limited ground floor requests are accepted (subject to availability) based on physical or medical needs.

- The walk from the unit to the beach is around 500 feet.

- The guest who books the stay must be 21 years of age, physically present at the time of check-in, and present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.

- Since four units are assigned, four guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary, third, and fourth guests listed as well.

- Please note: While our condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach, the units do not offer an ocean view.

- Infants and children are counted towards the maximum occupancy per unit.

- The four apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.

- The four units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 550 feet apart.

-There is no elevator, so if the units assigned to you are on the second floor, you will have to use stairs.
