Über diese haus dieses Ferienunterkunft

Kickoff is at 2:30. You roll out of the driveway at noon with the cooler packed and the dog settled in his kennel, waiting on your return — I-459 to I-20/59, about 40 minutes to Tuscaloosa, no traffic drama. Tonight you`re back in a quiet McCalla neighborhood with its own private lake, grilling in the backyard while the kids go fishing off the dock. It`s one level, dog friendly, near Tuscaloosa on gameday and the Hoover Met the rest of the year. We put this house here on purpose.

Start out back, because that`s where this house earns its keep. The back door off the kitchen opens to a private backyard grill setup — the after-game spot, the travel-ball-Saturday spot, the `let the dog run while the burgers cook` spot. Inside the neighborhood, the private lake has a dock, a fountain, and fishing for anyone who packed a rod. Sidewalks and walking trails loop the community for a coffee lap.

Inside, the whole house lives on one level — no stairs for grandparents, toddlers, or the cooler on your shoulder. The living room is built for the watch party: a 70 inch TV with YouTube TV, room for the whole crew on the couch, and a full sofa bed for the friend who `wasn`t going to stay.` The open kitchen is stocked for real cooking — full-size fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware and dishes for six, and coffee both ways: a drip pot for the crowd and a Keurig for the one who`s up first. The dining table seats everybody for pregame breakfast.

Three real bedrooms, four beds:
- Primary suite at the back — king bed and its own private bath, away from the living room noise.
- Bedroom two, mid-house — double bed.
- Bedroom three, front of the house — king bed.
- The two guest bedrooms share a full hall bath, so nobody waits on the shower before kickoff.

Working this week instead of playing? Fast wifi and a dedicated workspace make the UAB Medical West or Mercedes-Benz commute a short one, and long stays are welcome. The laundry closet off the kitchen has a full-size washer and dryer — pack light, wash the uniforms, go again. A Pack n Play and high chair are here for the littlest fans.

It`s clean, comfortable, and quiet. The last guests here said exactly that, over and over.

WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR
Gameday crews. Four to six people, one kickoff, no hotel shuttle — Tuscaloosa in about 40 minutes, then home to the grill. The sofa bed handles the sixth ticket.

Travel ball families. You`re near Hoover Met by 15 minutes; the washer and dryer turn muddy uniforms around overnight, and the Pack n Play and high chair mean the little sibling comes too. Family friendly is the whole design.

Work stays at UAB Medical West or the Mercedes-Benz plant. Fast wifi, a dedicated workspace, a king bed, a quiet neighborhood. Long stays welcome.

Three-generation trips. One level, no stairs, two king beds, and a lake to fish with the kids.

And the dog. Dog friendly, two pups max, with a yard to run.

LOCATION & WHAT`S NEARBY
6257 Clubview sits in a quiet McCalla neighborhood on the west side of Birmingham, minutes from the I-459 / I-20/59 interchange — which is the whole point. One direction is Tuscaloosa, the other is the Hoover Met and downtown, and you`re on the interstate before the coffee cools. Drive times are approximate:

- Tuscaloosa and the University of Alabama — about 40 minutes down I-20/59. Tailgate, and be home before the postgame traffic clears.
- Hoover Met Complex — about 15 minutes via I-459. Travel ball, the SEC Baseball Tournament, the Finley Center.
- Tannehill Ironworks Historical State Park — about 15 minutes. Trails, the old furnaces, and Trade Days on the third weekend.
- UAB Medical West — about 5 minutes.
- Mercedes-Benz U.S. plant in Vance — about 20 minutes down I-20/59.
- Tannehill Promenade — 5 minutes for groceries, Target, and a dozen restaurants right at the McCalla exit.
- Bent Brook Golf Course — 10 minutes; the RTJ Trail at Oxmoor Valley, 15.
- Downtown Birmingham — about 25 minutes for Protective Stadium, Regions Field, and dinner.
- Birmingham airport (BHM) — about 30 minutes.

Quiet street, private lake out the door, every big-day destination a straight interstate shot.

GUEST ACCESS
Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM with a keypad on the front door — your personal code arrives before you do, so there`s no key handoff. Check-out is 10:00 AM. You have the entire home: all three bedrooms, both baths, kitchen, living room, laundry closet, and the private backyard. The garage is the one space not included. Everything is on one level, with the primary suite at the back.

PARKING
Free driveway parking right at the front door, with room for your vehicles side by side. The garage is not available to guests and the neighborhood does not allow overnight street parking — bringing more than two cars? Tell us at booking and we`ll help you plan it. No RVs, trailers, or boats, please.

HOUSE RULES
Check-in after 4:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM, two-night minimum. Up to 6 guests — the people on the reservation are the people in the house; no extra visitors or gatherings. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, indoors and out; the neighbors are good ones. Dogs welcome: two max, under 50 lbs, listed at booking, $20 per dog per night; no cats or other pets. No smoking, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property. No candles or open flames — the grill is the only fire here. Keep the doors locked, food out of the beds, and follow the checkout list so the next family walks into the same clean house you did. Fees for damage, smoking, late checkout, and extra guests are in the full house rules.
Most important house rule... ENJOY YOUR STAY!

SMOKING POLICY
This is a no-smoking home, inside and out — no cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana anywhere on the property, including the backyard, porch, and driveway. It`s a family house on one level, and smoke gets into everything. Smoking of any kind means immediate cancellation of the stay and a $500 fee charged to the guest who booked.

PET POLICY
Dogs are welcome here — up to two, 50 pounds or under, listed on your reservation with a quick description at the time of booking, at $20 per dog per night. No cats or other pets, please. Keep your dog on a leash outside the fenced yard and pick up after them in the yard and on the community sidewalks and trails. A dog that wasn`t listed on the reservation means cancellation of the stay plus a $150 extra-cleaning fee, so just tell us up front and we`ll get them on the booking.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
The people on the reservation are the people in the house. No parties, events, or get-togethers, and no visitors who aren`t on the booking — that includes daytime guests. If a grandparent wants to come for dinner or a teammate needs to stop by, message us first and get approval before they arrive; we`re easy to work with when we know ahead of time. Unapproved visitors are $50 per person per night, and a party ends the stay.

NOISE & QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, indoors and in the backyard. This is a quiet residential street with neighbors on both sides who live here year-round, so keep the postgame celebration inside and the TV volume reasonable after ten. A noise complaint gets a warning first; a second one is $100 and cancellation of the stay.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is any time after 4:00 PM — your personal keypad code arrives before you get here, so there`s no key handoff, and you can roll in as late as 11:00 PM without telling anyone. Check-out is 10:00 AM sharp so the cleaning team can turn the house for the next family; a late checkout that wasn`t approved in advance is $75 per 30 minutes. Before you head out, run the dishwasher, bag the trash, and lock the front door behind you.

PARKING
Park in the driveway — there`s room for your vehicles side by side, right at the front door. The garage is not part of the rental and stays closed. The community does not allow overnight street parking, so if your group is bringing more than two cars, tell us at booking and we`ll help you plan it. No RVs, trailers, or boats on the property.

WATER & LAKE ACCESS
The private community lake is one of the best parts of staying here — the fishing is open to you, and the dock is a short walk from the house. Bring your own rods and tackle; the house doesn`t keep fishing gear. Swimming in the lake is not allowed, so please don`t let anyone go in, and follow the rules posted at the dock and around the lake. An adult needs to be standing at the water`s edge any time children are on the dock or near the bank.

CHILDREN & SUPERVISION
Everything is on one level, which makes this an easy house for little ones — no stairs, and the Pack `n Play and high chair are here for you. The two places that need an adult`s eyes are the back door to the yard and the lake down the street. Keep the back door latched so a toddler can`t wander out, and never send kids to the dock on their own.

SCREENS & BUGS
It`s Alabama — in the warm months, keep the doors closed. Mosquitoes and other bugs will find an open door in about thirty seconds, especially at dusk, so don`t prop the back door open while you`re grilling or the front door while you`re unloading.

LAUNDRY
The laundry closet off the kitchen has a full-size washer and dryer, plus an iron and board — throw the uniforms in overnight and they`re ready for Sunday. Please don`t leave wet laundry in the washer or a load in the dryer at checkout, and keep the lint trap cleared between loads.

ADDITIONAL RULES
The propane grill out back is yours to use; the grilling tools are in the kitchen. Keep an eye on it while it`s lit, turn the knobs off and close the lid when you`re done, and please don`t move it up onto the porch. The grill is the only open flame allowed here — no candles, incense, or fire pits, and the living-room fireplace is capped and not in service, so please don`t try to light it. The thermostat is an Ecobee;
