The Space:
Ask for a copy of the floor plan to see exactly what you'll get.
There are 2 full baths between the 2 bedrooms, so there's plenty of privacy. Each bedroom has a king-size bed. One bedroom also has a day bed with a trundle, which has 2 single mattresses. Both bedrooms have black-out window treatments to enhance your sleep. I also provide a PackNPlay for baby guests.
The living room has furniture so comfy, I bought the same set for my home!
The dining room table seats 6 comfortably. The kitchen has plenty of cooking supplies and tools to whip up a gourmet meal. Or ask me for Sherri's Favorite Restaurants handout.
You'll enjoy Caribbean breezes sitting on the seaside lanai, which has a panoramic view looking south beyond St. James Island toward St. Croix. Fortunately, the seaside lanai is sun-free around 11 am, leaving you with a shady area to relax.
You can see the Caribbean Sea from every room except the bathrooms and garden bedroom. Imagine awakening to white sand, turquoise water, and a gentle breeze almost every day of the year. That's my life!
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to every room in the condo.
The Neighborhood:
The East End of St. Thomas is well known as the best place to vacation for several reasons: 1) Safety: my condo is in a GATED community next to the St. Thomas Yacht Club and within walking distance of The Ritz Hotel; 2) Proximity to the ferry to St. John & the British Virgin Islands; 3) plenty of restaurants & bars. There are 2 restaurants on Cowpet Beach; 4) Close to Red Hook, where you'll find plenty of fishing boats, groceries, alcohol, shops, banks, a medical center, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, and more.
Getting Around:
Guests could easily go without a car if they are interested in relaxing on the beach after making one stop at the grocery store. Guests who want to travel around St. Thomas could rent a car from a local car rental company or a national chain. St. Thomas also has open air Safari buses that circle the island for $2 one way.
Other Things to Note:
Feel safe inside my gated community. You will have one parking spot inside the gated community that is right in front of your vacation condo.
Just over 1 mile to St. John and BVI's Ferries.
Interaction with Guests:
I am available to answer all questions via text, phone, & email. I live right across the street from the condo and provide as much customer service as my guests prefer.

Sherri's reviews are well deserved. Her property is in a great location and comes equipped with just about anything you may need. I saw first hand if something wasn't available, she would go and get it for you.
The condo is well maintained and has some nice upgrades. Her property and attention certainly deserve a 5 star rating. Highly recommend her property to anyone.

Our experience at Sherri’s condo was absolutely wonderful. The condo was nicely decorated and fully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need, including extra feminine products and reef safe sunscreens if we had needed them. Sherri’s condo was a clean, comfortable, and restful place to lay our head after an exciting day of exploring all that St Thomas and St John had to offer. The condo is conveniently located to Red Hook, just five minutes down the road, which has numerous restaurants and shops. We also had access to the Caribbean Fish Market and Sangria’s, which are both on property, if we wanted to eat dinner close by. We cooked dinner in the condo several times, and Sherri had everything I needed in the kitchen, including spices and condiments. Overall, Sherri’s condo provided an excellent home base for us during my family’s very memorable St. Thomas vacation. Thank you, Sherri!

We had a great week. The condo was exactly as described. We were of family of 4 adults and 1 child. The size of the condo was perfect for our group. We cooked in most days and had everything we needed. The view is wonderful and if you didn't want to get out and see the island you could just sit in the condo all day and enjoy the view. Sherri's place was exactly what we were looking for and more. It was comfortable and in a great location. Sherri was always just a text away to check on us and answer any questions. In the condo, she also has an EXTENSIVE 3-ring binder of information on anything you might want to do in and around St. Thomas which is great if it's your first time. The condo was stocked with all of the basic essentials to cook your own meals (if that's really something you want to do on vacation). If not, Sangria's Beachside Bistro (great breakfast and lunch) and Caribbean Fish Market (make dinner reservations) are both on the property. It's also located close to Red Hook for additional shopping, restaurants, and the ferry to St. John. All in all, I would definitely stay here again!
